Postgraduate Student Services
Services provided to postgraduate researchers:
1. Assist students in applying for postgraduate studies on the Ibn Al-Haytham system and provide them with support.
2. Review student data on the Ibn Al-Haytham system and process acceptances for students who meet the admission requirements.
3. Receive students at the office to receive application documents, pay the file opening fees, and arrange for a personal interview.
4. Create a WhatsApp group for all students to inform them of all instructions, facilitate communication, and resolve their problems before they escalate.
5. Hold a seminar at the beginning of each semester, led by the Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, to clarify all rules and answer their inquiries.
6. Create a university email address for each student to facilitate the research process and completion of the academic stage.
7. Create a personal card for each student proving their enrollment in the stage.
8. Monitor the progress of the academic process during the semester.
9. Adding tuition fees to students and following up on the payment process.
10. Monitoring students' academic duration and issuing warnings if any student is late for a specific stage.
11. Instructing students to withdraw from the program if circumstances prevent them from completing a stage of study.
12. Assisting students in completing the required paperwork for each stage.
13. Participating with students in developing the exam schedule.
14. Working to cancel the registration of any student whose term has expired without completing the stage of study.
15. Issuing certificates to students after the stage has been completed.
