Students and Alumni Services

Services provided by the Student Affairs Department:

- Receiving files for new students in the General Division and the Special Needs Teaching Program for the 2024/2025 academic year.
- Issuing tuition receipts through the Ibn Al-Haytham Program.
- Printing administrative certificates for students in the four years of study for all departments, using the credit hour and semester system, through the Ibn Al-Haytham Program.
- Printing administrative certificates for students in the Therapeutic Nutrition Program and the Special Needs Teaching Program for all levels through the Ibn Al-Haytham Program.
- Completing military service deferral procedures for all male college students.
- Reviewing subscription papers, special card papers, and university city papers for students in all years.
- Preparing lists of graduate data required for computerized graduation certificates.
- Preparing required grade sheets for graduates, typing them, and printing them on the Ibn Al-Haytham website.
- Preparing required grade sheets for graduates before 2024-2025 and 2023-2024, typing them, and printing them on the Ibn Al-Haytham website. Computer
- Issuing good conduct certificates for graduates to submit to postgraduate studies.
- Preparing the required graduation certificates for graduates before 2024-2025 and 2023-2024.
- Conducting several personal interviews for admission to the Teaching Program for People with Special Needs for the 2024/2025 academic year for students nominated to the college and transferred to the program with admission memoranda.
- Preparing the codes for which five-year industrial diploma students who wish to complete the interview fees will pay the interview fees to join the second year of the Clothing and Textiles Department.
- Preparing the codes for which three-year technical diploma students who wish to take the equivalency exam to join the first year will pay the interview fees.
- Preparing the codes for which five-year industrial diploma students who wish to complete the interview fees to join the second year of the Leather Industries Department will pay the interview fees.
- Conducting an exam for successful students and those transferred to the second year to join the Clothing and Textiles Department.
- Conducting personal interviews for successful students and those transferred to the second year to join the Educational Home Economics Department.
- Preparing lists of names of students who wish to join the teaching program. For people with special needs, conducting personal interviews and registering their names on the Ibn Al-Haytham program

Services provided by the Alumni Follow-up Unit:

- Preparing a graduate data form (graduate data forms)
- Distributing the form to final-year students and graduates of the college in all specializations, compiling it, and updating the database.
- Preparing graduate files and conducting periodic surveys to measure graduate satisfaction with the services provided by the college. Data is then transcribed and presented in a periodic report for discussion and corrective action.
- Holding a special meeting with final-year students at the college, along with unit officials, to explain the importance of the unit and its role in connecting college graduates to the labor market and informing them of the efforts made in the field of graduate employment.
- Conducting a field study and using various communication methods to contact employers and determine the need for college graduates.
- Holding a periodic graduate employment forum organized by the college with employers.
