Institutions Category
Subject: Educational projects in the field of disseminating Arabic language among non-native speakers
Value: Sixty thousand US dollars (60,000 US dollars)
Classical Arabic language, which contributes to facilitating access to Arabic language sciences, grammar, texts, and literature, and helps spread its use among non-native speakers.

The award is granted to a public or private body or institution for an educational project, including scientific centers, study programs, and digital platforms, that works to teach and disseminate Arabic among non-native speakers. The project aims to expand the reach of the Arabic language among non-native speakers worldwide.
Award Conditions

1 - The nominated work must adhere to the correct use of classical Arabic.
2 - The nominated work must adhere to the criteria of originality, academic integrity, and innovation.
3 - The nominated work in the Individuals category must be published and have an international publication number. The first edition must not have been published more than three years prior to the date of the award announcement on June 1, 2025.
4 - The nominated educational project in the Institutions category must have been implemented at least one year prior to the date of the award announcement on June 1, 2025.
5 - The copyright, patent, or trademark of the nominated work must be owned by the nominee.
6 - The nominated work must comply with international agreements protecting intellectual property rights.
7 - The nominated work must not contain any offensive material in any way.
8 - The nominee must not have previously won this award, or have won a similar award within the five years preceding the award announcement date of June 1, 2025.
9 - The nominee for the Individuals or Personalities category must not be a team member or affiliated with the institution or body nominated for the Institutions and Entities category.
10 - The book nominated for the Individuals category may be a joint work, provided that all authors sign the nomination form.
11 - The nominee may submit only one work for the award.
12 - The nominee must adhere to the announced application deadlines.
13 - The Award is under no obligation to return nominated works to nominees.

Nomination for the Award

The nominee must submit a hard copy of the application file to the Award, including the following:
1 - A written application for nomination.
2 - A declaration by the nominee of intellectual property rights for the nominated work.
3 - Seven copies of the paper work nominated for the Individuals category.
4 - A memory card containing a high-quality copy of the educational project nominated for the Institutions category, along with a description and the mechanisms for its use.
5 - A curriculum vitae (CV) of the nominee (individual or institution), including their details, professional history, and all their work and efforts in all fields, with a focus on the field of the nominated award.
6 - A copy of the nominee's identification document for the Individuals category (ID card/passport).
7 - Any other documents the nominee deems appropriate to support their nomination.

Nomination Period
Nominations for the award begin on June 1, 2025, and end on December 31, 2025.

Jury
Submitted works will be reviewed by a specialized scientific jury after verifying their compliance with the announced conditions. The committee's decisions are final after approval by the award's Board of Trustees.
