IT Unit at the Faculty of Home Economics Holds Workshop on “How to Use Ibn Al-Haitham Control System” in Preparation for Exams

The Information Technology Unit at the Faculty of Home Economics, Helwan University, organized a practical workshop entitled “How to Use Ibn Al-Haitham Control System” in preparation for the upcoming examinations. The training session was conducted in the Computer Lab of the Department of Clothing and Textiles.

How to log in to the Ibn Al-Haitham system.
Setting the academic year and semester.
Defining the academic field (program or department).
Uploading course files for grade recording.
Filling in and modifying grade sheets.
Uploading course files to the system.
Entering student grades.
Printing course result reports.
Reviewing and verifying grades in the control system.
Printing semester result reports.
The workshop also addressed key challenges and proposed solutions, followed by an interactive Q&A session with participants.
This initiative reflects the Faculty’s commitment to digital transformation and the effective use of technology to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in academic assessment processes.
