The Information Technology Unit at the Faculty of Home Economics, Helwan University, organized a practical workshop entitled “How to Use Ibn Al-Haitham Control System” in preparation for the upcoming examinations. The training session was conducted in the Computer Lab of the Department of Clothing and Textiles.

- How to log in to the Ibn Al-Haitham system.
- Setting the academic year and semester.
- Defining the academic field (program or department).
- Uploading course files for grade recording.
- Filling in and modifying grade sheets.
- Uploading course files to the system.
- Entering student grades.
- Printing course result reports.
- Reviewing and verifying grades in the control system.
- Printing semester result reports.
The workshop also addressed key challenges and proposed solutions, followed by an interactive Q&A session with participants.
This initiative reflects the Faculty’s commitment to digital transformation and the effective use of technology to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in academic assessment processes.
